At DOG DISCIPLE, we work with a global network of craft print partners to ensure your gear is produced as close to you as possible. This reduces our carbon paw-print, supports local businesses and gets your items to your door faster.
Regional Availability & Catalogues
To provide the most reliable service, we operate Regional Catalogues. This means that certain items are specifically assigned to production hubs in Oceania, North America, or the EU/UK.
- How it works: Our store requires you to Choose Your Region to show you the products available for your delivery address.
- The “No Shipping” Message: If you navigate to a product from a different regional catalogue (for example, clicking a direct link to an EU/UK-exclusive item while in the USA), our system will prevent the order at checkout. You will see a message stating “No shipping options are available for this address.”
- The Solution: If this happens, please head back to our homepage and ensure you are browsing the collection available for your region.
We use live shipping rates, so the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method you choose. Delivery times include production, fulfillment, and shipping, and can vary by product, location, order size, and shipping method.
Tracking
If you select a tracked delivery option (where available), your order is tracked and we bear the risk of loss or damage during transit. A product is considered delivered when the carrier shows the tracking status as Delivered. If tracking shows Delivered but was not received, we cannot verify non delivery. If you choose non tracked delivery, the order is considered delivered once it’s handed to the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
We provide an estimated delivery time, but we’ll do our best to meet it and will notify you if there are substantial delays.
Import Duties and Customs Fees
Orders shipped within the EU, UK, Norway, US, CA, AU/NZ, or Singapore are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no extra customs fees for the customer. For international shipments outside the DDP regions above, any import duties or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are paid directly to the destination country’s customs agency.
Damaged In Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll investigate and offer a reprint or refund if the claim is accepted.
